Data collected

"Start a project" form: name, practice or company, email, phone (optional), professional profile, project type, city, message, language, originating page, date and time, IP address fingerprint (irreversible hash, never the address itself), consents.

Browsing: one functional cookie, "az_lang", stores your language for 12 months. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no embedded social networks.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending news from the atelier, if you ticked the box: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
• Preventing form abuse (IP fingerprint): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

The ärdəzən team. For projects in France, our distribution partner Ébène Créations, in charge of follow-up. Our host IONOS SARL (France, European Union) as processor. No sale or transfer of data. No transfers outside the European Union.

Retention

Requests not followed up: 24 months after last contact. Requests that led to a project: duration of the relationship, then statutory retention periods. Consent to receive news: until withdrawn.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. Write to info@ardezen.eu. We reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal, cnpd.pt) or, in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data, IP fingerprint instead of the address, hosting in the European Union.
